Or, the Whale performing at the Cafe du Nord in February

Ipickmynose fav Or, the Whale (myspace) is headlining the the Independent tomorrow night in a show presented by the Deli SF and the second best college radio station in the Bay Area. Pete and J and Greg Ashley of Gris Gris open the show.

Because it’s been pretty long since their album, Light Poles and Pines came out, their set these days is filled with new songs. One of my favorites is “Shasta” which they performed when they came down to KZSU to do a live set in February.
